Welcome old and new to our website. This is where you will find out all about us - Royston Amateur Performing Arts Group or RAPAG for short.
We are an amateur company based in Barnsley village of Royston ,South Yorkshire. What do we do ? Each year under the leadership of Ant & Gemma we put on a summer show over a weekend and come December we put on the best pantomime in the Barnsley area (well we think so anyway).

We have come a long way in a few short years and hopefully like a fine wine getting better with time.
We always strive to put our young performers out into the limelight and proove to themselves and others what they are capable of, not only do they gain confidence on the stage, but placing your child in a drama environment also gives them the confidence to be social and intergrate with a group of likeminded individual. I have had many a parent thank me for giving the child the confidence from attending our classes and shows.
RAPAG started way back in the autumn of 2001 when Ken and Jeanette approached me with an idea of forming a new amateur theatre group.
After initial consideration I decided to go ahead and it was then that Royston Amateur Performing Arts Group was born.
